A truly custom build — this rare Fiat Ducato with a 3.0L engine and automatic transmission was transformed into a one-of-a-kind campervan designed specifically for Olga and her cat. A surfing enthusiast, Olga had a clear vision for her dream van, and we were excited to bring it to life.

This camper was designed with a strong focus on functionality and originality. Olga wanted a spacious kitchen, an airy interior, a retractable toilet, and the ability to enjoy meals outdoors. To meet these needs, we decided to fully separate the cab from the living space. Just behind the cab, we installed a large L-shaped kitchen that provides ample prep space and an open feel.

Next comes a full-sized shower, complete with a slide-out composting toilet system equipped with mechanical ventilation for improved comfort. Moving further back, we added two seating areas with a compact table in between — perfect for working or dining. At the rear of the van is a full-size bed positioned under a massive skylight that floods the interior with natural light.

Under the bed, we built a highly functional gear garage with large pull-out drawers and open storage compartments. The right side of the storage area was extended all the way to the front seats, allowing room for surfboards up to 2.5 meters in length.

Another unique feature is the slide-out table and bench system located in the rear trunk area. In just seconds, it transforms into an outdoor dining or chill-out spot.

Even though the base vehicle is a mid-size L2 model, the interior feels remarkably spacious thanks to the clever layout and the van’s generous width. Olga asked for natural materials, so the cabinetry was crafted from exotic plywood finished with a white wash — giving the space a warm, homey vibe.

On the roof, we designed a custom platform finished with composite decking. It holds a large solar panel and provides a roomy, elevated spot for relaxing, dining, or soaking in the views. We also installed retractable support bars — perfect for hanging Brazilian hammocks.

Just one day after picking up her van, Olga hit the road to Spain. A few months later, we caught up to go surfing together on the stunning beaches of southern Portugal. A special project full of joy — for us and for the owner.
